Out of the fire rises the truth. If it is here, I will share my own personal opinion and my why's about Pagan Web sites. As a creator of many sites and an educated practitioner I share my truths. The first site I will do a Web Site Review on is Witchgrove. Now, I have to say that I am very prejudice towards this site since I have been a member of the Witchgrove family since it's conception on March 22nd, 2002. Now don't let the fact that this group is barely less then two years old fool you. Nor the fact that the actual site for this group is only now itself less then two whole months old, for it is impressive already, and I have no doubt will be even more so as the time passes. Now, I will review this site as honestly as I can, putting aside the fact that the owners and creators of this site are truly dear and special friends of mine ... here goes. The Witchgrove homepage is a page that was created as an extension of the Yahoo Group called you guessed it, Witchgrove! As an extension of the Witchgrove Yahoo Group the site is an amazing way to discover what the Yahoo group is all about and to get a taste of what the actual Witchgrove family is all about. But even on it's own; this new site has become impressive in it's own right. Why? This Witchgrove site shares some truly exclusive and valuable information. There is some truly beautiful artwork that has found a home on the Witchgrove site under the 'Art of the Grove' section. Artwork that is copyrighted and some published as well. There are articles that are truly educational and helpful. And for a site less then two months old there is everything from a shopping area, to a Pagan Headstone campaign. It is truly wonderful! All this info is given birth to via the very members of the Witchgrove It is truly a wonderful and amazing place. Do I recommend it, well, yes I do. I also recommend that you take the time to browse around and really spend some time within the pages. And I do hope that after checking it out, you will feel compelled to join the growing Witchgrove family because it just feels right;) |
